A great class

and some fantastic new Digi Stamps.
Gayle has been planning this class since 2011 when she made an eighteenth birthday card for her son. It gave her the ideas for the other Digi Stamps and they finally were released yesterday.

The Digi Stamps will be released on Monday individually and as a full set on a disc so watch the website for details.

You know you’ve had a good day

when your hands are covered in ink and you’re still smiling. I think that everyone who left today had a smile on their face and a new bag to use for their craft goodies.
This was the first time we have used Canvas Bags and it made a great class. Here are the three rough drafts I made. Everyone made their own in order to choose their own designs.

And here is the finished bag made using fabric paint, markers stamps and grungeboard.

I wish I could have had the camera ready when everyone saw what they were going to make. They ranged from “Yeh right” to “I can’t do that” but after a bit of playing and some relaxing stamping and painting everyone made a great bag.

Saturday was a great day

A beautiful mini book in the morning designed by Karen. I can’t show you yet because I am teaching it again this Tuesday evening but it was a real treat.
The afternoon class was the Limited Edition where we make 7 or 8 layouts for our class to copy or use for inspiration with a great kit this time from Prima.
