Today we are going to share some of Sues work. Sue comes to our Tim Holtz Project Days and some of the other weekend classes we hold, and has a knack for adapting ideas from class into wonderful projects. This was the case with the first project.
It started off in class as a chocolate cake which, when you lifted off the top, had a mini book inside. Sue took this idea and used it to make a gift for a Mad Hatters Tea Party.
And here is Sues wonderful creation
And a few pages from the lovely book inside.
Sues second project is a work all of her own making, made from metal cigar tins. Some of the elements are on magnets so that they can be removed.
Thanks for sharing Sue. Can’t wait to see your finished project from Saturday.
Don’t forget you can see all of the photos from Saturday on our Facebook page and we will be showing the project here tomorrow.
