Look Into My Eyes Class

I really enjoyed this class although I did get in a bit of a panic when I realised we only had 2 and a half hours. Here are the pictures as promised. It was almost impossible to photograph but I've done my best.

A special thank you goes to Irene Tan aka Scrapperlicious for her inspiration and if you get a minute take a look at her awesome Blog.

Mothers Day Card poll starts tomorrow.

What a wonderful weekend

This was the first time we have both been away for a long weekend with friends and I'm glad to say we all had a fantastic time.

We left early Friday morning for a lazy drive to our little house in the country where we all met in the local pub while we waited to get the keys. Everyone turned up at the house at about the same time and we settled in after booking a meal at the local pub for early evening. That was one of the only times we ventured out in the cars, the other being our morning trip to Asda on the Saturday morning to get some goodies.

I think Asda was please to see us leave but heh we had a great time walking round.

Back to the house and serious scrapping until well into Sunday morning stopping only to take photos of the beautiful sunset.

Sunday morning it was up early to take photos of the birds outside

and then fried breakfast and wrap up warm as some of us ventured out into the countryside for a long walk.

And then, before Sunday dinner, a photo shoot in the back garden.

There was lots of laughter and tree hugging, obviously a new pastime for scrappers,

some careful hiding of wobbly bits

and some uncontrollable laughter.

We have never laughed so much and I still ache all over. Thank you to the BBF's for a wonderful weekend. Long may they continue. xx

Beautiful Mirror

Marion Boyns came to the Mirror Mirror class and was delighted with her project. So much so that she had an idea to make another on showing off some of the photos of her grandchildren. Here is the beautiful result.

Well done Marion. This is a lovely piece of work.

I love elephants............ooh and hedgehogs

and these stamps were a delight to use. Good quality acrylic and a perfect image every time. See for yourselves.

And then there were the lively silhouette cats, which, although they sold out on the day, will be back in a gain soon.

Still loads of inspiration to come. Watch this space.

More Card Ideas from the Crop

We had several new stamp ranges in for the Crop including Little Claires Designs, Paper Artsy and Magenta. We had great fun using them. Here are a few using the Little Claires Design Range.

This is the one of the cards we did in the Make and Take.

The rest we did just because we loved the stamps

Loads more to come. We love using all these stamps
