One of the most difficult things I've found is finding papers/stamps depicting this era, particularly British ones. So, with this in mind I made 5 new stamps for use in the class. We had a ration card, a small and large letter including stamp, a gun from the 2nd World War and two posters. The idea was to make our own papers to show off our photos.
Here are my 3 examples but there were many more wonderful ideas appearing as the class progressed and I think everyone was pleased with their end results.

The theme for Junes "Scrapping Your Family" class is Children and we are scrapping our modern to old photos including babies to teens.
Watch our for our wartime stamps coming soon exclusively to Scrapbook Sisters
